Project Description:

The overall objective of the project is to establish the official development assistance infrastructure in Turkey especially those pertaining to the education field. In this context the project provided technical assistance to the Ministry of National Education in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Ozbekistan. The project developed a global communication strategy; determined the needs of English language teachers with regards to in-service training and delivered trainings to teachers that serve abroad in Turkish primary and secondary schools and conducted qualitative and quantitative surveys in Switzerland, France and Germany.
