The Team Leader will be responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of the contract, including staff management and support, and will act as a primary point of contact for communications and delivery of reports to the Contracting Authority. S/he will organise and oversee the administrative and logistical support including the control of project expenditure, preparation of invoices with supporting documentation, and timely delivery of reports. S/he will be answerable for the performance of the contract to a Steering committee

Qualifications and Skills
• University degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of four (4) years study in a university) in the field of political sciences, EU affairs, communication PR, media relations or relevant fields; in the absence of the required academic degree(s), four (4) years on top of the required experience described under general professional experience;
• Fluency in English (level 1 on a scale of 1 to 5 of language competence, where 1 is excellent and 5 is basic);
General Professional Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in project management;
• Experience in communicating about EU association processes will be considered an asset.
Specific Professional Experience
• At least 2 years of experience in management of EU-funded contracts;
• At least 5 years of professional experience designing and implementing large-scale, multi-channel, national communication strategies and campaigns, preferably at national level;
