The expert will focus on building the capacity of the team of senior legal and legal advisors in the institution. He/ she will support them in their daily work on investigations and case handling but also develop in cooperation with the staff and the management of the institutions tools, procedures and processes that will improve the performance of the office.

Qualifications and Skills
• A Bachelor degree in Law. A Master degree and/or PhD in Law is considered as an advantage.
• Excellent speaking/ writing in Albanian language required, speaking/ writing in Serbian language considered an advantage.
General Professional Experience
• Minimum 4, preferably 7 years of professional experience working in the judicial field in Kosovo.
Specific Professional Experience
• Experience (Only long term experience of at least 6 months under the same assignment will be counted) as legal advisor in at least one, preferably 3 projects or institutions working on human rights in Kosovo.
